Inspired by the sculptural works of Salvador Dalí and Diego Giacometti, our stool from Alexander merges the rustic sensibility of a hand-forged metal base with tailored upholstery. Employing an ancient fabrication process, artisans hand hammer the metal bars to reveal an alive, imperfect and organic texture, a counterpoint to the frame's slender, tapered silhouette.

• Forged Brass base is handcrafted of solid cast brass; Forged Pewter base is handcrafted of solid cast stainless steel; Forged Bronze base is crafted of patinated solid brass
• Frame handcrafted of kiln-dried solid hardwood
• Reinforced joinery with corner blocking and mortise-and-tenon construction
• Sinuous spring suspension
• Curved, X-shaped base reinforced with a horizontal stretcher bar is forged of solid metal and hammered by hand
• This item is artisan crafted with meticulous care. Given its handmade and hand-finished nature, variations in the metal work are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is unique and no two are exactly alike.
• Tight seat cushion is high-resilience polyurethane foam topped with polyfiber fill
• Professional upholstery cleaning recommended. Vacuum with an upholstery attachment to remove dust. To minimize fading, avoid placing in direct sunlight. Wipe metal with a soft, dry cloth; avoid the use of harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials.

• Spill Cleanup: Immediately wipe spills with a dry cloth. Use mild soap for stubborn stains.

Return Policy

Hermanlamp’s return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please email support@hermanlamps.com. We will reply with the return mailing address, and you will need to cover the shipping costs upfront (refunds for shipping costs may apply as needed).

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for:

• Installed or used items
• Returns requested after 30 days

Order Processing Time
