What can I customize?
Size, natural stone, cabinet finish, sink configuration, storage layout, edge profile, and other functional details can all be customized to suit your space and project needs.
How do I choose the right stone?
You can select from our natural stone collection or share a preferred material with us. For natural stone, the final slab and veining will be confirmed with you before production.
What information should I provide for a quote?
Please provide your approximate dimensions, preferred stone, sink requirements, project ZIP code, and a floor plan or reference images if available. The more details you share, the more accurate our proposal will be.
What happens after I submit my project?
Our design team will review your requirements, confirm the stone and dimensions, and provide a detailed quotation and technical drawing for approval before production begins.
Do you provide delivery and installation support?
We provide nationwide delivery in the U.S. Installation coordination may be available depending on your project location and site conditions. Final installation requirements will be confirmed separately.
How long does a custom project take?
Production typically takes about 35 business days after all design details are confirmed. For safer transportation, we usually ship by ocean freight with final-mile truck delivery. Transit times vary by location, but generally take around 30–45 days.
Will my finished island look exactly like the stone sample?
Natural stone varies from slab to slab in color, veining, pattern, and translucency. We will confirm the actual slab with you before production so you can review the natural characteristics of the material before your island is made.
