Made to Order & Shipping
Each kitchen island is made to order based on your confirmed dimensions, stone, cabinetry, and selected configuration.
Production begins after the final design, dimensions, and materials have been approved.
Production Time: Approximately 35 calendar days
Shipping Time: Approximately 30–45 calendar days
Estimated Total Lead Time: Approximately 65–80 calendar days from final design approval
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other logistics factors.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours, together with photos of the packaging and product.
Returns & Cancellations
Because each kitchen island is custom-made to your approved specifications, custom orders are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
Orders may be cancelled before the final design and materials have been approved.
Once materials have been reserved, stone cutting has begun, or production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
If your kitchen island arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to determine an appropriate solution.
Yes. Each kitchen island can be customized to suit your space and project requirements. Our team will confirm the final dimensions, layout, materials, and configuration with you before production begins.
Natural stone is unique by nature. Variations in color, veining, texture, mineral markings, and pattern are expected and make each finished island one of a kind. Product photos and samples are intended as references rather than an exact representation of every slab.

Before approving the final design, please confirm all site measurements, doorway and elevator access, floor conditions, and other installation requirements.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the approved dimensions and configuration are suitable for the installation site.
Please inspect all components upon delivery before installation begins. Any shipping damage or manufacturing issues should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Plumbing & Electrical
If your kitchen island includes a sink, faucet, integrated lighting, outlets, or other utility connections, installation must be completed by qualified local professionals.
Please confirm plumbing and electrical locations before approving the final design to ensure compatibility with your installation site.
Plumbing, electrical work, structural modifications, and other on-site construction services are not included with your purchase.
We recommend coordinating with your contractor, plumber, or electrician before installation if your project requires utility connections.

all sides (no less than 3’ and ideally at least 4’).
CONSIDER STORAGE OPTIONS
Leave room for drawers, doors with pullout trays or
adjustable shelves and a trash pullout, if desired.
DON’T FORGET SEATING
If you’re considering counter or bar stool
seating, allow for 22–24” per seat width.
