Return Policy
Hermanlamp’s return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please email support@hermanlamps.com. We will reply with the return mailing address, and you will need to cover the shipping costs upfront (refunds for shipping costs may apply as needed).
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns for:
- Installed or used items
- Returns requested after 30 days
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Special orders may require 5-9 business days. Weekend orders may experience slight delays, as our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Product Warranty:
All our products come with a 2-year warranty (excluding bulbs). Rest assured, if you experience any product issues during the warranty period, please contact us immediately at support@hermanlamps.com.
Please send us details of the issue in the form of pictures or videos. Our customer service representative will respond within 12 hours to discuss the specific problem. If it's a part issue, we will mail new parts for replacement free of charge via express shipping. We also include 5-6 additional spare parts in the packaging of all products.
In cases where improper installation caused product contact issues, our technical experts will resolve the problem within 12 hours. (We strongly recommend using professional lighting personnel for installation.)
Note:
- Replacements will not include an entirely new product. If other parts of the fixture (e.g., crystals, screws, bulbs) are intact, we will only resend the defective components.
- Please ensure proper care and storage of the fixture while waiting for replacement parts.
- Product issues caused by man-made damage or natural disasters are not covered under our warranty policy.

How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. If you would like assistance with canceling your order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to process cancellations.
Important: You will receive an email notification once your order has been sent. After this point, cancellation is no longer possible. If you no longer wish to receive your package after it has been shipped, you can contact us to arrange a return once the package arrives.

If I receive a broken product, what should I do?
Firstly, you don’t need to worry about potential damage during shipping. Most of our products are securely packed in wooden crates, with additional protective layers such as cardboard boxes inside. This ensures that the products are well-protected and rarely arrive damaged.
Secondly, many of our customers have placed orders with us and have been highly satisfied with the condition of the products they received. Rest assured, we prioritize the quality of your purchase experience.
Finally, in the rare event that there is an issue with your order, we are committed to providing a prompt and effective solution.
How to return an item?
Return Instructions
- Do Not Use or Install: Keep the product unused.
- Original Packaging: Ensure the item is in its original packaging.
- Request a Return: Email support@hermanlamps.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and photos/videos of the product. We’ll confirm eligibility within 48 hours.
- Shipping Back: If approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Returns without authorization won’t be accepted. Use a tracked and signed shipping method, as we aren’t responsible for lost items.
- Refund or Exchange: Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days and issue a refund or exchange.
Is it possible to customize the size, color and specification of this product?
Of course you can, we can make the lamps to your satisfaction according to your needs.
We will send you the design drawing and give you confirmation, we will start the production after your confirmation, and we will send you the effect picture after the production is finished, and finally we will send it to you by express.
