Return Policy
Hermanlamp’s return policy lasts for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please email support@hermanlamps.com. We will reply with the return mailing address, and you will need to cover the shipping costs upfront (refunds for shipping costs may apply as needed).

Please send us details of the issue in the form of pictures or videos. Our customer service representative will respond within 12 hours to discuss the specific problem. If it's a part issue, we will mail new parts for replacement free of charge via express shipping. We also include 5-6 additional spare parts in the packaging of all products.
In cases where improper installation caused product contact issues, our technical experts will resolve the problem within 12 hours. (We strongly recommend using professional lighting personnel for installation.)

Huge shoutout to the seller for actually including all the bulbs in the box! Usually with these multi-light fixtures, you end up spending another $100 just on specialty bulbs. It was nice to be able to test everything immediately after our electrician hung it up. Outstanding service and quality.
The chandelier is absolutely breathtaking and a solid 5 stars for looks. Giving it 4 stars only because of the installation process. This thing is HEAVY (real stone, after all!). Our contractor had to go into the attic to add extra structural bracing above the drywall to support the weight safely. Do not attempt to DIY this; hire a professional. Once up, it’s flawless.
Our dining table is visible from both the kitchen hallway and the loft upstairs, so we needed a linear light that didn’t look flat or weird from above. This one looks incredible from every angle. Looking down from the stairs, you can see the gorgeous texture inside the stone cups. Absolutely zero regrets on this purchase.

We will send you the design drawing and give you confirmation, we will start the production after your confirmation, and we will send you the effect picture after the production is finished, and finally we will send it to you by express.
